How long it takes
Orders are printed, checked and packed within one to two business days. After that the parcel is with the courier: usually two to five days inside Indonesia, longer for Malaysia and Singapore.

What postage costs
Indonesian postage is quoted live by J&T Express for the exact district you are shipping to, at the moment you check out. That is why the figure appears only once you have picked a province, city and district — it is the real rate for your parcel and its weight, not an average.
Orders over Rp 500.000, after any discount, ship free within Indonesia.

Picking a country at checkout switches the whole basket into that country's currency, because prices are held per currency rather than converted at the till.
Tracking
Every order has its own tracking page and the link travels with your confirmation. It shows a five-step timeline, what is in the parcel and where it is going. Once we hand the parcel over, the waybill number appears there with a link through to J&T Express's own tracking. You can also look an order up with its number plus the phone or email it was placed with.
If something arrives wrong
A book that arrives damaged, misprinted or not the cover you ordered is ours to put right. Email help.paperielab@gmail.com with the order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it.
