Sure, it is free of charge! Our product is available to have your name personalised on it. It may take 1-3 working days to process, but we are able to expedite this process depending on the orders and other circumstances.

Yes, we are limited to 10 alphabet for any journal. And 3 alphabet for any leather goods. Each detail information is available on the product description. If in case, your request name is beyond our ability, we will proceed your order without any personalized name on it.

Shipping

The processing time is 1-3 working days for us to personalized and packed your order. Once the product is dropped to our shipping service providers, the items will be delivered 1-3 working days depending on your location.

If you’d like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, we will do our best to help you. please contact us at Whatsapp +62 815 1015 3589 with the following information: Your order ID, Your shipping details, The date you need your order to be arrived.

Once the design is approved, the processing time is around 10-14 working days.

Exhange and Refund

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Oops, we’re really sorry this happened. Please let us know and we will fix it as soon as we received the wrong/damaged items. If we sent you the wrong items / damaged, please contact us through Whatsapp +62 815 1015 3589 with the following information: Your order ID, Your shipping details, Photos of the product(s) you’ve received. We will not be liable for any damage caused by our shipping service providers (JNE & Sicepat). However, if in case your items is lost or damaged by our shipping service providers, we will help you to follow up the customer services.

We could not cancel your order once the payment is made.
